I f you are planning a departmental retreat or
meetings, ODCT can help you design the event to have clear objectives, a
participative process, and a schedule that fits the work. ODCT will also
facilitate the event.
Improving Meetings
A combination training-consulting effort that includes
five days of training in facilitation skills, group development, and
meeting design. Consultation with team leaders and teams to assist them
integrate the new skills and knowledge. Some work with organizational
leaders to explore what the larger organization needs to do to support
more effective and enjoyable meetings.
