Team Development

A mix of consulting and training activities with the goal of maximizing team or work group effectiveness. Participants will examine the process of team learning and how it can be used to improve team decision making, strategy formation and problem solving activities.

Meeting and retreat facilitation

If you are planning a departmental retreat or meetings, ODCT can help you design the event to have clear objectives, a participative process, and a schedule that fits the work. ODCT will also facilitate the event.

Improving Meetings 

A combination training-consulting effort that includes five days of training in facilitation skills, group development, and meeting design. Consultation with team leaders and teams to assist them integrate the new skills and knowledge. Some work with organizational leaders to explore what the larger organization needs to do to support more effective and enjoyable meetings.

Training in Group Dynamics and Team Facilitation Skills

Training is available to increase participant and facilitator skills.
