Bob Gallagher  has been an organization development consultant and trainer since 1970, providing services to non-profit organizations, small businesses and religious systems. His work has included -- assisting WomenRising (formerly the Jersey City YWCA) increase shared leadership and self management among the staff;  at Tom's of Maine he has conducted a training program to improve team participation and facilitation skills and to help employees play a responsible part in the transitions faced by the organization; the Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey has used him to facilitate its annual executive committee retreat and facilitate board development.  Bob is a trainer with LTI (Leadership Development Institute).  He has an M.A. in Organization Development form Goddard College and has done advanced work in human resource administration, labor relations, and strategic marketing, decision making, & planning. He is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
