Organization Development Academic Programs
Consider an advanced degree in organization development.  A couple of the programs offer distance learning opportunities and may offer credit for workshops (you would need to negotiate that as part of your learning contract in advance of attending). The off campus/distance learning programs tend to be very demanding and require a high degree of self-initiative and management.
